THE HUB welcomes Blackpool and the Fylde College

We are delighted to welcome Blackpool and the Fylde College to THE HUB. After extensive renovation works at the Bold Street end of the Ground Floor, B&FC have moved into their 2 new Eductation Rooms.

Mary Roberts, Curriculum Manager for Adult Skills, said “My team are thrilled to be part of the community project at the Hub by providing essential education to adults without them needing to travel. The team are experts in building confidence, even if students have not been in education for many years, to springboard them to further education and/or employment”.

Fleetwood Learning Centre @ The Hub will offer short and flexible courses in English and Maths, Computer skills, Employability Skills and ESOL (English as a second Language). The classes are split into levels, so the work is not too easy and not too hard.
