Thrive Fleetwood
Thrive Fleetwood is a community led, collaborative approach to tackling health inequalities and improving the wellbeing of our children, adults and families.
We are bringing together all our community services including health, education, local authority, voluntary and 3rd sector to identify the gaps and barriers within current support AND to affect positive changes for the future.
Thrive Fleetwood leads on a number of health and wellbeing initiatives for local residents of all ages.
